Hello, I'm Eddie Ruettiger, Designated Managing Broker and Owner of EXIT Real Estate Specialists.

I've been helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate since November 11, 2001. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on people first and transactions second. Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and I believe clients deserve honest advice, clear communication, and a professional they can trust.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving as President of the Three Rivers Association of Realtors, Director for Illinois Realtors, and was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2018. I'm also a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame, advocating for private property rights and homeownership opportunities.

Today, I lead EXIT Real Estate Specialists, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and agents throughout Joliet, Plainfield, Shorewood, Crest Hill, Romeoville, New Lenox, Channahon, and the surrounding communities. In addition to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I'm passionate about mentoring agents and helping them build successful businesses and lasting careers.
